Status Tracking

Jester follows a job from beginning to end using a ‘critical path’ designed specifically for your business. As each job flows through your critical path, you can monitor what status it is in, how long it has been there, and who has worked on the project.

The Status Report shows an overview of all of your company’s jobs and what status they are in. It also totals the contract amounts and amounts due (even if they have not been invoiced) in each status. This allows you to monitor your job flow and see any potential problems before they even arise.

Customer Overview

The Customer Overview tab shows all of your customer’s critical information, right on your employee’s workstations. It includes name and address, contract amount and amount due (based on security features), and any other information you need.

The User Definable Fields on this screen are completely customizable to your business. You can track anything such as colors, sizes, order numbers… whatever you need!

Attachments

Jester Attachments allows you to add any files you need to your customer’s job, including scanned documents such as contracts and purchase orders, spreadsheets, blueprints, or other documentation. This feature eliminates the need to search for a customer’s file, because everything is available on your workstation.

Scheduler

The Jester Schedule is a company schedule that shows appointments for employees and resources. The appointments also link back to each job, so you can see what tasks have been scheduled and completed for each customer.
